Over my sixteen-year tenure in education, I have served many roles, ranging from classroom teacher to school leadership to instructional consulting. These varied experiences have provided me with a comprehensive view of K-12 education. It has fueled my passion to champion the work of teachers and school administrators.

 

I enjoy empowering every staff member through coaching and professional mentorship. I get energized by designing and launching strategic school-wide initiatives that help educators remain impactful and responsive to the evolving needs of their students. I am immensely satisfied when educators reach those pivotal moments of clarity and innovation.
